Luggage Storage

Please come to the designated pickup place within 1 hour after the concert ends. Staff will check the storage ticket number you received on-site before returning your luggage.

Pickup within 1 hour after the concert ends is the standard rule. If your luggage is not picked up within the guided time, an additional storage and operation fee of ₩30,000 per unclaimed day will be charged. The later pickup place will be guided separately, and hotel or accommodation drop-off service is not provided.

Additional verification such as QR, reservation number, name, and emergency contact may be required. If we cannot verify your identity or match the storage record, we may not be able to release your luggage immediately.

Proxy pickup is possible only when the storage ticket is presented. Without the storage ticket, proxy pickup is not allowed. CarryGo is not responsible for wrong pickup caused by lost tickets or ticket sharing.

No. Shopping bags, plastic bags, and other easily torn items cannot be stored. Extra luggage must be in a zippered and closable bag.

Pre-existing damage and normal signs of use are not eligible for compensation. If serious exterior damage is confirmed to be caused by CarryGo’s clear fault, compensation eligibility will be reviewed through an internal process. Valuables, passports, cash, electronics, fragile items, and items inside the suitcase are not covered.

The drop-off or pickup place and time may change depending on on-site conditions. Change notices are sent by email, so please check your inbox on the concert day. Indirect costs such as transportation, accommodation, flights, or tickets caused by incorrect email address, not checking email, or late arrival are not compensated.
